This was our Show & Tell for the Money unit. We spread it between both classes. One of them had crafts easily found in the school and could be bought with our grade "currency".
In our classroom we had canvas, ceramic figures, necklaces/bracelets and jewelry boxes decorated by the students. For these, we asked the parents to do some shopping and donate any amount they felt like. All money (along with a bake sale happening during this Show&Tell) was donated to Oxfam. In total we raised 1,314 kr. The children loved this experience by taking action and help others in need.
