My class is inquiring on Space. We are lucky to have an amazing food lab to use. So, each group or pair had been assigned a planet. They read a poster about the characteristics of their planet. Then, they experimented with different foods to decorate their sponge cake planet. After they finished, each group presented their cake and we had them put them in order according to their distance from the Sun. We discussed sizes, which planets were rock or gas and they then tasted their planet!
